Our Physiotherapy Services
Musculoskeletal & Sports Physiotherapy
This constitutes our main practice area. We provide longer therapy sessions for neck pain, knee and back pain. Our physiotherapists also work with patients on frozen shoulders, tennis or golfer’s elbows, trigger finger and wrist pains. Pre and post-ACL, and rotator cuff repair patients also benefit from physiotherapy to optimise their recovery.
We have traction devices, musculoskeletal beds, suspension trainer, mat and ball area, cold and hot packs as well as ultrasound and interferential therapy. We also provide fitting for joint and back supports. Musculoskeletal PhysiotherapyAcute and Chronic Pains

Neurological physiotherapy
We help patients with mild motor strokes to regain function. The aim is to prevent contractures which will increase suffering. We also provide training in fall prevention, and improve balance for those with walking difficulties.
Elderly physiotherapy
Older adults with arthritis, osteoporosis, stiff joints and balance problems benefit from moving. Some with joint replacements also need to be fit before and after surgery. Physiotherapy aims to increase mobility and help with pain management.
Cancer rehab
Cancer patients suffer from fatigue, pain and have difficulty maintaining and regaining fitness. We can help with pain management through exercises, postural re-education, soft tissue mobilisation, the use of hot and cold packs and relaxation exercises. As cancer treatment can cause tiredness, we help patients to regain their mobility with appropriate exercise programmes.
Women’s health
Physiotherapy in women’s health holistically treats aches and pains (including during and after pregnancy), as well as urinary incontinence. We teach women pelvic muscle strengthening exercises, which is an integral part in rehab for incontinence. Nursing mothers also benefit as physiotherapy is useful in wrist and back pain. We teach women techniques to improve circulation, and also how to burn and reduce fat. We also provide osteoporosis prevention.
Kids and Young Adults Physiotherapy
Growing children experience aches and pains, and injuries. We help to prevent further injury by teaching them how to play safely, while bolstering the child’s confidence through exercise.
